The Homestead, in Pinelands, known as the garden village of Cape Town, offers a choice of self catering, executive and bed & breakfast accommodation as well as a small conference venue.

Pinelands is conveniently located, only a 10 minute drive from;

• Cape Town International Airport
• Cape Town City centre / Waterfront
• Cavendish Square shopping centre
• Newlands rugby & cricket grounds
• the Table Mountain cable car

and offers easy access to major highways and the wine routes, beaches and golf courses.

The Self-catering accommodation is in a garden cottage and consists of twin beds, television (with DSTV), a telephone, refrigerator, microwave oven, double hot plate, cutlery and crockery. The en-suite bathroom has both bath and shower.

The Executive Suite has a double bed and is en-suite with both bath and shower. It is equipped with a television (with DSTV), telephone, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

The Bed & Breakfast Rooms offer a choice of the Citrus Room or the Loft Room with a shared bathroom (bath and shower). Each have a double bed, television, telephone, bar refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.

All rooms have heaters and ceiling fans, are individually furnished and overlook the swimming pool.

A traditional pub with log fires in winter and a swimming pool with braai (barbecue) areas are available to all guests.

A laundry service is offered for guests convenience and your host is able to assist with courier services, transfers and car hire services.

There is off-street enclosed parking.

A small shopping centre (with electronic banking machines) is within walking distance.
A bowling green, tennis club and the Mowbray and Rondebosch golf courses are all within walking distance..

The Kwagga (conference) Room
Seats up to 15 delegates and is equipped with an overhead projector, a television and video recorder, a 3m whiteboard (magnetic), flipchart and two screens.

Not included, except in the bed & breakfast tariff, is a choice of English (R26.00 p.p.) or Continental (R20.00 p.p.) breakfast. Dinners can be provided on request.

Teas and lunches are provided for conference delegates.

Bed & Breakfast Rooms

R375.00 single occupancy.

R120-00 per child over 12 years (sharing) - childrens' breakfast R20.00.
