This fully furnished and equipped cottage at 2 Umthi Close is SATOUR accredited and ideally situated for business executives or holiday makers preferring to make use of self-catering accommodation for short or long-term stays.

Glenwood Cottage is situated in close proximity to the N1 City shopping centre, the Cape Town CBD and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Cinemas and beaches are only minutes away.

From the N1 (Cape Town, Paarl), take the Goodwood West (N7) turn-off. Proceed along Vanguard Drive up to the first set of traffic lights. Turn left into Frans Conradie Drive. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left into Townsend Street, and left again into Pinewood Street. Turn right into Kershout Street, and right into Umthi Close. No. 2 is on the left.

There are two bedrooms sleeping a total of three guests - the main bedroom with two single beds and the second with one single bed.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bath.
Two children can sleep on the sleeper couch in the lounge.

The compact open-plan living area which has a kitchenette and is equipped with a telephone and television, leads onto a private, walled garden,

Included in the tariff is a lock-up garage and off-street parking.

Although the cottage is equipped for self-catering, continental breakfasts can be arranged as an optional extra.

High Season (1 November - 31 April)
R195-00 per day: 1 person.
R250-00 per day: 2 persons.
R350-00 per day : 3-5 persons
Monthly: from R4 950-00.

Children are welcome.
