A lovely old cottage, modernised to accommodate eight guests on a self-catering basis. Ideal for a large family or two family groups. Near to all of Cape Town's attractions and with a swimming pool and snooker room for a day at home.

Faure Street is very centrally situated off Kloof Street, within walking distance of the centre of Cape Town. The beaches are a 10 minute drive and Stellenbosch only 30-40 minutes away.

There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom, upstairs, is a large family room with three single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath. The second upstairs bedroom also has three single beds and a bathroom (with bath) across the passage

The third bedroom is downstairs and has a double bed, and its own toilet and basin.

The living area is open plan and furnished in fresh, bright colours . The comfortable lounge with T.V. has sliding doors opening out onto the enclosed pool area with portable barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster etc. The dining room is off the kitchen and also has sliding doors opening onto the pool area.

In addition to the swimming pool there is also a snooker room with a 1/3 size snooker table.

Security is not a problem with a lock-up garage for two cars and the house fitted with an electronic alarm system.

The cottage is only available on a self-catering basis but there are many good restaurants, shops and a supermarket within walking distance.

Entire Cottage (8 guests maximum)
R450-00 per day sharing - out of season.
R550-00 per day - school holidays.
R750-00 per day - 10th December - 10th January
